I have stayed engaged in Camden County politics.  I have been involved in working through the new floodplain maps, which are still being developed, to ensure that manageable, reasonable, correct flood elevations are set for our lakefront properties.  I have also been involved in the data center discussion and have penned Camden County's Countywide Ordinance on Data Center Construction as well as the new Appendix L for Camden County's Unified Land Use Code which defines the rules for construction of data centers within the Planning and Zoning District.  Below, you will find a copy of Appendix L, which has been unanimously approved by the Camden County Planning and Zoning Commission and has been heard by the Camden County Commission and has been tabled for final review before passage.
