This issue takes Issue #1 and Issue #2 and ties it all together.  So remember that Jimmy Laughlin said that the 1.1+ million dollars in bills that were pushed through the system were for travel and utility bills?  Well there is also a $50,000.00 check to The Hunter Group for a software package that the Collector, Teresa Murray uses.  Here are the main takeaways:

1.  Jimmy Laughlin signed the contract for the software as "Camden County Commission", which he isn't, which is illegal, which makes the contract technically null and void.  Only the Presiding Commissioner of the County can sign contracts.

2.  Laughlin had already falsified payment evidence and forced payment of a printing job for Collector Teresa Murray that used an unapproved vendor for the work.

3.  Laughlin said in the debate held by Lake TV (and in my second video) that he pushed 1.1 + million dollars in bills without County Commission approval (against the law), but that it was okay and that it was just travel expenses and utility bills.  Not so.  The $50,000.00 check for that payment of this contract was also in those bills the Commission never saw or approved, and that Laughlin illegally signed the contract for.  Oh, and the Treasurer was aware and paid the bill anyway...remember that Madeline Kincaid is the Chief Deputy for the Treasurer.

4.  Why would Teresa Murray need Laughlin to illegally sign her contract as Camden County Commission, and then pay the bill without the Commission ever seeing it resulting in paying the bill illegally?  Nothing about this transaction followed the rules.
